To make the most of your time at Unicef UK you will need to know how to access and to share information. Here's where the Internal Communications team can help! We work to make sure that we have the right channels in place to encourage information sharing and collaboration,  we try to communicate the most important need-to-know messages in a clear and simple way and we try to help to keep colleagues engaged with Unicef's wider work. Our Channels For everyoneWorkplace by Facebook - our go-to social collaboration platform with all of the latest news, views and discussion. There are lots of different groups available to sign up to so that you can tailor your own news feed. It's our most visual platform with video, images and polls all in use. Please also feel free to share your own news with the organisation on Workplace. We have guides available on Box and please also see our Workplace code of use. Cyan Post - Our weekly e-newsletter summarising the week's key information and links. All Colleagues Briefing - These key calendar events provide colleagues with the opportunity to hear important organisational news each month and ask senior leadership any questions they might have. They are always recorded and shared on Workplace.  All staff emails -  We try to limit these to the most important must-see information. SLT/ Exec cascade - Key corporate messages are sometimes cascaded down via SLT. This allows for nuance to each directorate and encourages questions back to relevant heads or SLT members.Lunch and Learns - regular sessions hosted by team members from across the organisation to inform, educate and entertain. These are all also saved on our Lunch and Learn workplace group.  UUK Podcast - an informal chat with different team members about their work and to get to know a bit more about them as people. Read some past interviews here. Storytelling with impact - Do you want to learn about how to talk about Unicef's work with an engaging elevator pitch and to use stories more powerfully in your work? Then sign up for IC's storytelling session on the learning calendar on People Space. All Staff Away Day - our annual marquee moment when we all step away from our day-day work to learn more about the organisation and each other. For managers Brief your team - our monthly one pager with all of the key management news and information to share in your team meetings. Managers quarterly call - Once a quarter we have a teams meeting with all of our managers talking through key information and taking questions. Heads of teams  - also have a regular call and a Workplace group for discussion.
